Burhill Golf and Leisure is a private limited company, established 85 years ago, which owns and manages a substantial and expanding diverse property portfolio comprising residential estates, commercial, rural and industrial properties, land holdings and leisure investments.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced MRICS/MCIOB Building Surveyor to join the team at its head office in Walton-on-Thames. Supported by a small building works team, the individual will be responsible for all building issues relating to the company’s property interests. This will include maintenance and repairs, facilities and project management, all new construction works, valuations for insurance purposes and dealing with covenants and licences relating to the company’s portfolio. An awareness of operational issues would be advantageous.
