Job: Commercial Managers, Systech Group Ltd

Systech International is a global dispute resolution consultancy with a portfolio of blue chip clients for which we provide commercial claims and dispute resolution services on major UK and international projects. We have established a strong team encompassing time and quantum specialists led by a panel of experts who oversee and provide strategic guidance on all claims and dispute related commissions.

Due to a combination of structured growth and a general upturn in the demand for our services we require a number enthusiastic individuals for London and Manchester looking for the opportunity to engage with the UK’s fastest growing top ten cost consultancy.

Commercial Managers with experience of claims/defense should be able to demonstrate the following:

• A background in the construction industry with a successful track record of commercial management on a number of projects.
• The ability to prepare and deliver claims documentation.
• An understanding of the forensic approach to delay analysis.
• Familiarity with Mediation, Adjudication and Arbitration procedures.
• Have provided contractual advice and dispute resolution services (e.g. the preparation of claims from client records).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver work using both written and other forms of media.
• Appropriate professional qualifications.
• Open to assignments throughout the UK and Europe.
