Job: Quantity Surveyors, Rider Levett Bucknall

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking professional Quantity Surveyors to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand.

We are looking for high calibre candidates with drive, ambition, and a desire to work with the Company Directors to maintain and grow our position as number one within the industry. Candidates should be qualified, with a minimum of 5-8 years PQS experience.

Proven ability and experience in the following areas is essential:

Estimating / Cost planning / Quantity surveying. Good communication skills. Self motivation and the ability to service client’s needs. Working in a dynamic team environment. Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner. A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines.

Rider Levett Bucknall provides its clients with property and construction consultancy advice at all stages of the property life cycle throughout the Americas, Asia, EMEA and Oceania, with over 2000 people operating from more than 80 offices.
