This firm of consultants does work for projects in the private and public sectors. They work on projects for buildings, engineering, infrastructure and M & E. They now seek an Associate level Claims Consultant to join them in their Hertfordshire office. You are likely to be a Quantity Surveyor by background with a MSc in Construction Law, or MCIArb qualification or similar and have good all round experience of claims, dispute resolution, arbitration etc. Ideally you will be able to add to the business and have some experience of business development.
