Midgard is an exciting young vibrant company born from a large subcontractor based business. Midgard is a main contractor, have undertaken and delivered large, complex and innovative main contract projects. We currently deliver projects ranging from £5m to £55m. Due to our continued expansion within the London area we are seeking talented construction professionals in the following areas.
••PRODUCTION MANAGER•• With substantial industry experience and recognised H&S qualifications. Candidates are to be highly motivated and production focused with a positive approach, excellent communication skills
••COMMERCIAL MANAGER •• A highly experienced individual with an ability to manage teams and the commercial aspect of various projects. Candidates should ideally be professionally qualified with proven experience for delivering results.
••SENIOR ESTIMATORS •• Enthusiastic estimator’s required to prepare, develop and present tender submissions to our clients. Preferably the individual will have experience from a main contract or PQS background and a detailed knowledge of Bill preparation..
••PROJECT PLANNERS •• Additional resources required within our planning department to develop tender programmes and monitoring successful tenders throughout the construction phase and onto completion.
