Job: Design & Construction Director, designate, Land Securities Group

Land Securities Trillium is one of the leading and innovative names in PPP. We have formed a Local Education Partnership with Kent County Council to deliver a 1600m BSF programme that will support the transformation of secondary education.

In your role you will:

• Be responsible to the LEP and ensure we provide robust design proposals that meet the needs of each individual school within a clear contractual and commercial framework.
• Work with our supply chain of major regional contractors, enabling us to demonstrate best value and effective delivery of construction works without impacting the provision of education.
• Lead a team of project managers, ensuring new projects are developed in a timely manner integrating education, ICT, FM, design and construction to achieve the optimum solution for each school.

We are looking for:

• A construction professional with significant experience of design and build within a PPP/PFI environment.
• A clear thinker able to effectively lead a team of project managers and construction partners within a multiple stakeholder environment.
• A proven track record of successful delivery of both new build and refurbishment projects, ideally within the education sector.
• Demonstrably able to establish consistency across a construction supply chain.
