Job: Senior Project Manager - Air Conditioning, Lord Search & Selection

Rapidly expanding, organically and by acquisition, our client is embarking on an exciting phase of its growth story. As a leading air-conditioning installation and maintenance provider to the high street and commercial sectors, it is now keen to capitalise on significant new customer wins, through the appointment of a Senior Project Manager to oversee rolling projects exceeding a million pounds in value.

Reporting to board level, and managing an existing team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all awarded projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, to budget and to specification. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, designing, estimating and negotiating projects, and for identifying variations to contract where appropriate.

Commercially astute, you will have a strong technical background in managing air-conditioning projects, ideally coupled with a general understanding in building services. As an experienced leader and good team player, you will have the ability to think clearly under pressure, and will be well versed in the management of both employed and sub-contract labour.
