Requirements

We are seeking Quantity Surveyors with an appropriate degree and a minimum of 6 years experience for junior positions, 12 years for mid level and 18 years for senior. Preference will be given to candidates who are full and current members of the RCIS. The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a successful track record preferably in the A/E/P - PM/CM, be able to work on their own initiative whilst maintaining a team spirit. The ability to liaise with all departments/clients in clear and concise English is as must.

As an experienced QS you will be able to demonstrate skills as outlined below

Pre-Construction Services:

• 1.Supervising preparation of pre-construction documentation;
• 2.Preparation of Cost Plans
• 3.Value Engineering
• 4.Preparation of budget and cost estimates, to include complete building works, MEP and Infrastructure;
• 5.Preparation of contract conditions

Post-Contract QSs

Post contract administration, under FIDIC contract form

We look for candidates who have a bachelor in Quantity Surveying and preference is give to MRICS.
