This unique opportunity has come about due to the expansion of an already established, privately owned building contractor. Based in the company's Surrey head office and visiting site when necessary, the successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and quality completion of several projects concurrently. Most works are Design & Build, and value up to £8m per project. This business has an enviable reputation, and works for some very discerning clients, including major industrial developers and prestige auto brands. Multiple project experience would be an advantage, but candidates purely from a Project Manager background will also be strongly considered.
