A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to manage all aspects of a single contract (or group of contracts) of typically £1m turnover a month or up to the value of £10m. You will be responsible for account management of a wide variety of sub-contractors, forecasting and leading client negotiations on commercial and contractual matters.
