A Commercial Manager specialising in infrastructure is required to handle all aspects of a single contract up to the value of £30m. The individual appointed will be responsible for profitability, monitoring and forecasting of financial results and advising the Regional Commercial Director accordingly.
The individual will also manage a team, lead client negotiations on commercial and contractual matters, and agree final accounts. HND / HNC qualification and a professional qualification (RICS / ICES membership) is desirable.
