Our client is a small well organised construction business specialising in interior fitout and refurbishment, they operate as a main contractor as well as a trade subcontractor and generate a wealth of repeat business from many satisfied clients. Their turnover is approximately £4m and they intend to grow this steadily over the next five years to a projected £8-10m. they undertake a range of projects mostly valued between £250-500k with the occasional large contract over £1m.
