With an annual turnover of £250m+, you will work on a £10M D&B project (procure 21 EC2, single storey traditional construction bar green roof). With substantial experience of commercial new build (mid-large contractors), you will have worked as a no.1 QS on £6-7m project/s or no.2 on £15m project/s. Consistent application and understanding of measurements is essential.
