Job: Procurement and Asset Data Manager, Kensington and Chelsea TMO

Assisting the Head of Asset Strategy and Investment, you’ll help to develop and maintain a successful asset management strategy and a five-year rolling investment programme. You’ll also provide support and advice to the business on procurement strategies and critically, methods to deliver the investment programme. Developing a maintenance strategy to ensure that investment in the Borough’s stock is timely, cost effective and reflects best practice will also be within your remit.

With extensive experience of working in the construction or building maintenance industry and with a relevant professional qualification, you will have a good understanding of the issues facing local authorities and the regulatory frameworks relating to Social Housing Services. You will also be competent in managing budgets and have the ability to research, produce and analyse relevant data. With excellent communication skills, you will be able to build good working relationships and ensure that we respond to the needs of our residents.
