A large healthcare provider is currently seeking an Estates Development Manager to head up the trusts capital programme. As the Team Manager you will be responsible for the selection and appointment of external advisors and consultants, ensuring the project work is carried out to the appropriate standards, within time and budget. You will lead, chair and make presentations, produce briefs, H&S reports as well advising the Estates strategy. A senior position within the organisation, you will ideally have previous experience within Healthcare and complex project delivery adopting P21.
