Job: Senior Regional Building Surveyor, Cobalt Recruitment

Salary: £Attractive package + up to 50% bonus

The Role

• Managing the existing team of 2 building surveyors with responsibility for strategic direction, appraisals and reviews.
• Responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance of the for the London and South East portfolio (circa 750 licensed betting offices) including preparations of schedules of works for revenue/capital repairs.
• Responsible for the preparation of annual budgets throughout the financial year.
• Total site supervisory responsibility for both completed work and work in progress.

The Individual

• You will have a demonstrable track record of working on high volume projects whilst meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality results.
• You will have experience of managing skilled teams and possess first class organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• You will ideally be chartered with a building surveying background and possess excellent knowledge of building construction and associated legislation.
• A full driving licence is imperative.
