Barrett Corp & Harrington Ltd specialise in producing residential and commercial reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes.
Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking a chartered surveyor, probably a QS, to manage our quality control process. Ideally the successful candidate will work from our Wells office in Somerset but consideration will be given to the right individual working remotely.
A good working knowledge of the rebuild costs of most types of residential and commercial buildings is required, including listed and historic. Excellent estimating, elemental and IT skills are a prerequisite. This is a high visible role with managerial requirements and applicants will need to demonstrate leadership and communication skills, the ability to work independently and under pressure, and to deliver on time and to budget.
The role offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, 25 days holiday and other benefits.
