We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive person to join our Property Services team based in North Sydney. The role of the Property Services Centre is to manage all repair and maintenance inquiries. This is a great opportunity to use your property exposure and/or customer service ability to gain a first step into a role that will give you a grounding in all areas of property service and management.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Answer all incoming calls from multi client portfolio.
  • Measure costs against established service provider guidelines.
  • Verify and track work orders to completion.
  • Approve invoices, arrange payment, interface with AP department and manage vendor payment queries
  • Continually build customer relations with client personnel.
  • Liaise with Property & Facilities Managers, Property Service Centre team, Landlords, Tenants, Clients & Contractors
You will ideally be a graduate in a real estate related field, although we will also consider degrees in other disciplines. You should have some experience of working in either a property related field or a customer service environment, with a strong understanding of delivering high level customer service. A good working knowledge of Word and excel is also required.
