The Kinetics Group was established in 2007 and has offices across England. The group provides construction, maintenance and facilities management across the public and private sectors. We are looking for a talented and entrepreneurial individual to head up our Partnerships Division which undertakes decent homes and large scale planned maintenance projects. The post will be based in the north west and will involve national travel.
Reporting to the CEO, you will take full business planning, operational and profit accountability and be responsible for conceiving, developing and executing strategic initiatives that will substantially improve business performance. A hands on leadership role, responsible for creating a highly customer focused culture that is based on delivery, results, transparency and trust, whilst building organisational capability and empowerment. This is a highly visible role and a key member of the Group’s leadership team, with vital input required into the Groups overall strategic planning, decision making and management.
Candidates will have an in-depth experience of growing companies providing construction or similar services to the property and building sector preferably to social housing clients. Strong commercial and leadership skills are essential and must accompany an open and inspirational management style that delivers excellent performance and is highly motivational.
This is a role of considerable scope and demands an individual with strong business development acumen and the ability to create a culture of absolute customer focus. The post offers an attractive package and six figure salary with the usual group benefits.
