The Gente Group have been retained by a leading Developer Contractor Joint Venture to source key senior personnel for one of the UAE’s most prominent developments.
This Island Development is set over 2500 hectares and will feature a world class motor sports racetrack, signature & lagoon hotels, theme park, water park, golf courses, marinas, polo clubs, apartments, villas, food & beverage outlets and a retail park of 300,000m2.
Project Directors – Chartered status with proven experience of running £100m++ projects.
Project Managers – Degree qualified, or MCIOB, with extensive £multi-million project experience.
Construction Managers – Candidates with RC, Groundworks, Fit out, MEP, Cladding experience are encouraged to apply.
Commercial Managers – MRICS, responsible for teams of Commercial staff, budgets and cashflow.
Senior Quantity Surveyors – Degree qualified, MRICS ideally, with excellent Cost Management knowledge.
