PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Major Regional Player North West London/M25 Up to £65,000 + Car/Allowance + Package Turning over in excess of £300m nationwide on building projects, this business has an office in NW London that looks after a turnover of £45m on projects up to £12m in value. Due to a re-structure of their management team an opportunity has been created for a Pre-Construction Manager. The ideal candidate will be from an Estimating, Planning or Design Management background and will take on responsibility for the delivery of tenders within the business as well as being involved with face to face client contact pre-tender. This role will have management responsibility for a team of 5 including Estimators and Design Managers. Ref. 1123
