A rare opportunity for a Senior or Associate level Quantity Surveyor to work within a globally renowned and respected Investment Bank. Based in Central London and working alongside the Head of Capital Real Estate Services and the Global Head of Projects, you will be responsible for leading the continuous improvement initiatives globally across the project control remit. The role will incorporate improving commercial delivery, standardising the processes to facilitate this and being an expert facilitator in process reengineering and procurement best practice. You will be expected to implement procurement opportunities out of global design standards and developing the framework to realise these benefits. This opportunity is ideally for someone that is RICS qualified and has experience in commercial fit out projects.
