The Rydon Group is a £190m turnover construction, development, property maintenance and PFI company working throughout the south of England.

More recently through our own private sale development brand, REAL, we have been designing and building homes of an outstanding quality for our Residential Social Landlord partners.
Due to this continued growth we now require an accomplished Senior Project Manager for our largest cross-subsidy regeneration project in Lslington, North London. This high profile redevelopment project for the London Borough of Islington and Hyde Housing will provide 540 new affordable homes and incorporate a range of community facilities.
Working as an integral part of the development team you will be responsible for all aspects of project management.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record in project management within a main contractor environment and astute commercial and technical skills, along with the enthusiasm and efficiency to make a positve contribution to our multi-disciplined, integrated project teams and to the wider business.
