The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple is one of the four Inns of Court in London responsible for the provision and maintenance of professional and residential accommodation for members of the Bar.
We have created new posts within the Estates Department and invite applications for the following position: -
Maintenance Manager – To deal with tenant reported faults, supervision of the in-house workforce, overseeing external contractors and preparing Planned Maintenance Schedules. Membership of a recognised institute would be an advantage.
Applicants will be expected to have a sound knowledge of building construction and experience of working on historic Listed Buildings
