Adept Management is a design management consultancy: we specialise in all aspects of design, development and engineering management. We help our customers to plan and manage their project processes, their project teams, and their product or asset development activities.

Adept Management's consultants have extensive industrial and research experience in analysing, planning and managing complex processes. A diversity of experience encompassing construction, civil engineering, architectural, pharmaceutical and chemical process engineering and management, complemented by strategic and managerial level experience, ensures that the team are well placed to offer solutions that are tailored to our customers’ needs.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals, preferably with a background in design, engineering, or construction management, with a desire to help customers and grow our business.

Adept Management consultants must be capable of fulfilling a number of roles:

• managing complex design and project processes;
• undertaking management consultancy commissions of a varying nature;
• resolving a wide range of process and planning problems for our customers.
